can;t load FXG extension

says i need to be admin level

i am admin level..how do i convince FXG?

    Can you please provide more information about the context?  What OS?

    Were Photoshop and Catalyst both installed using your account?

    OS win 7 64 bit

    use CS 5 photoshop 32 bit

    photoshop and catalist were installed together in CS 5 master series

    tried both 32 bit and 64 bit FXG installer neither one worked

    keeps giving me "need to log on as administrator"

    or ask your system administator for assistance

    i'm a little lost, only have one user on system and when i check system says user/administrator

    going through Lynda.com training for flash catalist..latest course says to install FXG extension

    wish i could....lol

    I think you can install the package if you run Extension Manager in Admin mode:

    Right click Adobe Extension Manager.exe and choose 'Run as administrator'.
