flash settings manager--down?

I have visited the settings manager http://macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager07.html in a number of browsers on two computers (both Mac OS 10.6.3), and I get a blank panel instead of the settings manager. Is this just me or is it a general problem?

Thanks

Is it just on ...07 or every panel on http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager.html ?

Have you tried to delete the folders where these settings are kept?  I don't know where that is on a Mac, but the Flash Player Admin Guide should contain that information somewhere.

If you put the "www" at the front the flash settings panel works. If you don't, the panel fails to load, but everything else looks the same. Very strange. Google "Flash Cookies" takes you to the site without the "www" at the front, which is why I was confused.

This is obviously a bug in Adobe's web software (http://macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager07.html should either work, or completely fail, or redirect), but I'm damned if I can find a way to report this to Adobe.

Unfortunately this is a very difficult, if not impossible thing; you can try to report it here http://forums.adobe.com/community/general/adobedotcom_feedback, but I doubt if it will do much good.

I always find the correct page by asking Google for 'Flash Player Settings Manager'.
