Website images not displaying on Windows 7?

I just put this site up recently: www.bltcoffee.com  I used Dreamweaver 8 to create it.

 

I've checked the pages on both PCs and Macs and it seems to work fine, but a friend of mine has a newer PC running Windows 7. He says that when he clicks on the Events & Videos page, the pictures don't load. He sees a box with an X over it.

 

Is this a Windows 7 issue or something?
