Thanks for the follow up, at the time Anthony Madama from Bright Idea was looking into it for me. After many emails he fixed the problem for me. It was something to do with my account not existing for that site.
It has all been solved now.
I'd just like to say that I love the whole idea behind the Ideas website, its a great tool for us the general public to tell you what we want to be able to do with your software. I'd love to see more Adobe applications listed on it.
