Hi guys,
I have recently upgraded my Flash CS3 to the new CS5 version. Here I have noticed that whenever I get any "Help" by pressing the F1 key. it fetches the help content from Adobe's site. Sometimes it works fine and sometimes it shows me the following error:
"Access denied
We're sorry, you are not allowed access to the service you requested.
If you feel you should have access, please contact the appropriate authorities and give them your IP address.
Thank you for your patience."
Any idea? Who are the appropriate authorities and how to contact them?
