So long as you uninstall all the Adobe software on your old system before you install it on your new system, no problem you should be fine...
That will free your licenses to make them available for the new installs.
Before you uninstall, check the Help menu of each product - and if there's a "Deactivate..." item, then run that too (first). If not, then just uninstall.
