Multiple copies of form from spreadsheet data

Ok, please forgive me if I have  this totally wrong but I am brand new to LiveCycle

 

Ok, here is  my question.  I have created a form in LiveCycle Designer basically as a  template page and I have a speadsheet that has been created in Excel.   What I want to do is when I print the pdf template it will populate the  fields with the info from the Excel spreadsheet with each row of excel  file on a new sheet.

 

Is this possible and if so, could someone please point me  in the right direction as to how to do it.
