Does the LiveCycle SharePoint connector support SharePoint 2010?
If not, are there plans to add support for SharePoint 2010 in the future?
Cheers,
-Richard Gregg
Hi,
Yes it is fully supported now, I've downloaded the LiveCycle ES2 Connector for Microsoft SharePoint Server 2007 and 2010 (Version 9.0.0.2), do I have to install the Livecycle ES server on Windows Server along with SharePoint or it I just need to install the web parts only ?
Because my current Livecycle server is on Suse Linux with JBoss.
Thanks.
Thanks for the reply
we're currently on ES2 (SP2) and will be moving to ES3 later this year. However, we are moving to Sharepoint 2013 in March 2013. so we need to assess our content store availability moving forward. we have secure content server on ES2 so it looks like we'll need to stay on that model for the foreseeable future and delay the move to ES3 until a connector is available.
does this make sense?
If you are planning to upgrade to ES3 later this year - You can actually upgrade to most recent version of LiveCycle ES4 which would be generally avaiable by the timeline of your upgrade.
Two level version upgrade is supported i.e one can upgrade from ES2(SP2) to ES4
