Does Workbench ES Component Devl tool work on Flex Builder 3?

Hello,

 

Does any one know if the above tool work with Flex Builder 3?

 

I tried to install it but having a problem that it does not appear on the list at step 10 "File > New > Other > Adobe LiveCycle > Component Project "after restart Flex Builder as the instruction mentioned.

 

I woud think it should work since Flex Builder is built based on Eclipse but it does seem to work well.

 

Please advise.
