How to remove permanent watermark

Hi:

 

I am a new Lightroom user. i can't seem to undo the permanent watermark that appears on my exported image. Tried as I may editing the watermark setting, I was not able to shut off the watermark appearance.

    In the Export dialog, uncheck "Watermark":

    Export.jpg

    Is this watermark on your original master image or only exported images? Can you see the watermark in Develop?

     

    If your watermark is only on exported images, you should disable it in the Export module.

    Same for other modules: Web, Slideshow. There's a checkbox in the respective module.

    Good morning,

    I have tried but nothing works in either Library or Develop. Can't delete the watermark. Working with TIFF files.

     

    Please help.

    im having the same problem! ive done several different edits of the same shot and exported them with watermarks on them so that they couldnt be taken however, now that i sold an image i want to take the watermark off but cant!

    You work from your original and export without a watermark.

    If you have already exported to jpeg or tiff with a watermark you simply cannot get rid of it without some manipulation. Just make sure that for future exports to jpeg or tiff you do as suggested by so many others above, uncheck the options that watermark the image.

     

    Like Rikk said, work from your original RAW image and export without a watermark.
