Hi,
How do I find out which version of the Adobe AIR runtime I have installed on my Ubuntu system?
Please don't tell me to look at this article in the Knowledge Base, since the method reported there does not work. The file /opt/Adobe AIR/Versions/1.0/Resources/ApolloVersion does not exist.
thanks
m.
Oh, stupid me, it is as simple as opening the Synaptic Package Manager and search for "adobe air": the installed version is shown there. At least in Ubuntu and at least if you installed it with Synaptic.
Anyway I'd like to know if there is a more general way (not relying on whether you installed it with synaptic) and it would be good to fix the knowledge base article with correct information
thanks
m.
