Hi all,
I have read the doc http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/164/tn_16410.html
that discussed how to add a extension.
The extension I am trying to add is
.ss (which is a content management template file type)
I've added ss to the extension.txt file and mmDocumentTypes.xml but still it does not show up on the file types list from dreamweaver.
Any help would be great
Hello Murray,
Yes I can do the select all option but that is kind of annoying as I browse through my directories looking for files a lot and a lot of the time I don't know that I have .ss file in there until I go to to select the all files option everytime.
The other issue I have is when I open the .ss file, in the code view I do not get to see any color highlights in the view.
I would love to be able to get dreamweaver to show me the code like it does a html page or php document.
Do you know how I can get it to do that?
Thnks for the help
Murray ok I worked how to add the extension to the list for WYSIYYG mode and that also give some coloring in the code editor which is good.
I am still trying to wrokout how to add my extension to the default Document list for dreamweaver under the Files of Type tab.
At this stage I have to keep going to select ALL FILES everytime I am looking for this extension.
I am trying stuff here:
North America
Europe, Middle East and Africa
Asia Pacific
