I can't find how to make a contact sheet from Bridge 5. I did find something that creates a pdf but it's no where near as good and fast as the way to do it in Bridge 3. I used to be able to select 'make contact sheet' through the Tools menu - photoshop

"Bridge 5"?  The Bridge that comes with CS5 (Photoshop 12.x) is Bridge 4.  "Bridge 5" does not exist yet.

You are confused.

Bridge 3 came with Photoshop CS4 (11.x), and that function had been moved to the Bridge Output panel in CS4 already.

Maybe you meant Bridge 2, which was the one that came with Photoshop CS3 (10.x).

In any event, you can download an optional plug-ins set for CS5 that will restore the Contact Sheet.  See:

I did find something

that creates a pdf but it's no where near as good and fast as the way to do it

in Bridge 3. I used to be able to select 'make contact sheet' through the

Tools menu - photoshop

That something is called the Output Module and gives you a lot options to

create a contact sheet with custom settings (and you can create templates

that can be saved so easy to get that for the next time).

An I disagree hat it is slower then the former contact sheet in PS,

especially with multiple pages the Output Module is much faster

The only downside for Output Module is that you can't export as a jpeg or

tiff, this is a long standing wish and you may add this also as a feature

request. The more that want this, the greater chance it will get realized.

However you still be able to use this old contact sheet (see the link Tai

Lao just provided you to download it) but there is a but...

After installing the script according to the read me file you will see this

in the Tools menu for Bridge but it only works in 32 bit mode (this old

script has official been discontinued and won't get updated to 64 bit). By

default PS is running in 64 bit and therefore won't recognize the script.

To use it you have to first quit PS, in finder select the application icon

for PS, press 'get info' (cmd+i) and in the provided info window check start

PS in 32 bit mode.

Now you can use it as before.

I make pdf output in Bridge CS5 but not work.

I downloaded optional filters and I tried in to read me files path but it doesn't work.

Now I find a new path and put in the "bridge Startup Scripts" file there. They working perfectly.

The path is the bottom:

... /Program Files(x86)/Common Files/Adobe/Bridge CS5 Exkensions/Adobe Output Module/Resources/Scripts

Copy all files and folders "PSCS5OptionalPlugins_Win_en_US/Bridge Sturtup Scripts" paste in to this folder at the path

... /Program Files(x86)/Common Files/Adobe/Bridge CS5 Exkensions/Adobe Output Module/Resources/Scripts

enjoy ....

But this is the Bridge Macintosh forum.

It's good of you to share this, Mustafa, but it has absolutely nothing to do with Bridge on a Macintosh.  The paths and files you name do no apply to the Mac at all.

Probably unbelievably obvious, but just in case anyone is scratching their head because they can't seem to see the 'output' options, they're in a panel that may be minimized – it lives on the right of the window. Once I expanded the margin I found it hidden away, and there are all the options I was looking for.

By default choosing the workspace 'Output' the panel would be good visible, if you don't have this behavior you might want to reset the workspace output and you should be OK.

That doesn't work for me.

I'm not seeing Output Settings panel in my Output Workspace.

Anybody have any idea how to get it there?

I've tried Reset Workspace several times, and it doesn't help.

I have: OS 10.11.6, Adobe Bridge CS5.1

Thanks!
