I have created a certificate request using an account that has been authorised to be a certificate requestor. When i logon as an administrator and click 'Approve' for the request, the status of the certificate request changes to 'Rejected'. Is there something wrong with the actual certificate request?

Certificate requests are automatically rejected if the CSR file/string has the beginning tag (-----BEGIN CERTIFICATE REQUEST-----) and end tag (----END CERTIFICATE REQUEST----). In these cases, a notification email is sent to the requester and the company account administrators with the comment “Rejected due to invalid request”.
Please remove the beginning and end tags from the CSR file/string and submit the certificate request again. If it is still not working, please post more information about the error message.
