I just tried to play a bit with the beta of eSign but it's not working for me.
When I try to set the profile of my signature/s the form isn't working correctly.
error description:
First case the e-mail field wasn't writable and all the time the required (!) field »Profile Name*« isn't writable, too. So I can't use the service just from the beginning. The usablity of the form isn't really cool, too. This causes of bad performance(?) like when selecting the country. In German there are a few misspellings in the »State/Province« selection which I think are related to the umlauts ("Baden-W?berg" -> "Baden Württemberg").
To note: In Safari it's working but a few times the browser crashed during fill out of the form. (Sorry, I have no report)

Think it has to do with the form loader. Every time I focus on a field, the app shows a grey "loader"-background (validation? ajax-load?). For me, as a webdeveloper, it seems that Chrome doesn't load correctly and cant write because of that.
my settings:
Google Chrome (6.0.472.x)
Safari 5 (latest, including latest WebKit trunk)
Opera (latest, works fine!)
Mac OS X 10.6.4
Flash Player = (latest)
