Image Duplication on Export

Has anyone encountered after applying a simple rollover behavior to a one specific slice, after exporting FW generates a _f2 for ALL slices?

 

For example, I apply the simple rollover behavior to a menu which has five slices. The rest of the page is sliced with NO behaviors. On export every slice is exported with a rollover.

 

This issue has been occurring since FW8. There is an extension to fix this issue but I'm wondering who else encounters this bug?
