Hi everyone,
I am new to the forums here and tried searching to see if I could find a solution (as well as googling) but I must be using the wrong search terms or I am the only person who needs to save a file way back when. ![]()
I have Illustrator CS5 (64bit machine) but I need to save the file as an Illustrator v.7.0 to be able to import it into another program which will not accept any other version. argh!! hair ripping moment.
However I don't have an option to save as version 7.0 and so I am at a loss. I have the option of version 3 and then it jumps to version 8+.
Would appreciate any thoughts on this.
Thanks in advance.
Zoe
No version 3.0 doesn't work.
The only option is version 7.0 for this particular software.
Will not import PDF or EPS files and unfortunately it is supposed to import DXF files but it crashes. "Very buggy software" but all I have. ![]()
Are there any other software programs that I could use to export to and then save as an Illustrator v.7.0 file?
Thanks for your assistance.
