Disable automatic updates in CS4?

I just got fap'd by my ISP because I installed CS4 on my new computer and the automatic updater tried to download a 750mb update file in the middle of the day. I have a 425 mb 24-hr download limitation! I have to download these updates between 2-7AM.

 

How do I disable the automatic update in CS4 on a computer running windows 7? I found instructions for how to do it in CS3 here, but the path referred to does not exist on my computer.

    To Change the Adobe Updater preferences, do the following:

    1. Start the AdobeUpdater.exe application from ...\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Updater 5
    2. When the update screen appears, click the Preferences button
    3. Uncheck the Automatically Check for updates checkbox and click OK

     

    From this point you update single programs at a time, resulting in smaller file downloads.
