Drive not seeing files in Alfresco server

Oct 11, 2010 6:56 AM

I have the Drive 2 prerelease 2, with the CMIS connector.  The drive is set up and connected properly. The files are there on the server. I can see them when I browse to it in Windows Explorer, as well as when I browse to them using the alfresco administration.  But, when I open the same folder in Bridge, it says "No items to display"

Not sure why this is happening..... any ideas?

    Hi Ross,

    Please check the following things:

    1. You used Drive 2 prerelease 2, with the CMIS connector. Could you please use the Adobe Drive 2.0 GM build for your testing? You can download it @ http://labs.adobe.com/technologies/drive2/

    2. If you meet the issue again in Bridge, you can try to press "F5" in Bridge to refresh the content panel, then you can check if the files can be displayed in Bridge.

Any other questions, please let me know.

    Thanks,

    Zhiqiang

We have tested Drive+CMIS connector with Alfresco Community Edition 3.3g (Jun 2 1010 nightly build). Older version may not work.

Now latest Alfresco version is 3.4a.

If you are using old version of Alfresco server, please try latest version.

    Hi Ross,

Maybe you are misunderstanding for the only GM version to connect CMIS. I mean that you'd better to use Adobe 2.0 GM build(we posted it on the labs) for your testing, because the GM build is the formal build and reliable compared with pre release.

    Thanks,

    Zhiqiang

Sorry, it is my misunderstanding. The Adobe Drive version you downloaded is correct. For the issue, we will investigate and keep you update later.

    Thanks,

    Zhiqiang
