The welcome screen does not show after launching. Dreamweaver shows in the menu bar but nothing else. The drop down menu of Dreamweaver contain "Services" "Hide Dreamweaver" "Hide Others" and "Quit Dreamweaver", but doesn't show "About Dreamweaver" "About Plug-in" and "Preferences."
