We are interested in using the photoshop.com editor in the android app that we are currently developing. However, we don't currently have an actual android device and have been doing all of our development in the android emulator, which does not have access to the android market. Is there somewhere that we can download the photoshop.com mobile application so that it can be installed on the emulator?
Personally, I'm not sure. You might try the following advice, "Copying Files to or from an Emulator/Device Instance," or search for other guidance for Android developers: http://developer.android.com/guide/developing/tools/adb.html
Thanks...
I've used adb to install apk files for other packages. The question is how to get the photoshop apk file. I've installed the package on a personal android device (that I can't use for development), but can't find the apk file while browsing the device using 'adb shell' (it's possible that it's in a directory that I don't have access to). Does anyone know where the apk file can be retrieved from once installed, so that it can be installed on the emulator?
