Hi,
My first post so i apologise in advance if this question has been covered in advance. I have made a basic website in fireworks which i then exported to dreamweaver, you can see it here... Test-Page. The problem is when I start entering text in the main text box it moves all the navigation on the left and messes the whole layout up. How can I get the page to sort of stretch to the amount of content I have in the main text box if that makes sense? Any help is appreciated, its driving me crazy at the moment. I can upload the fireworks file if needed.
Thans for your help,
Kind Regards,
Alex
Here is a great resources to start learning how you can create HTML and CSS based web site instead of table based web site in Fireworks.

Hope this can help you to understand the workflow.
Thanks,

You need to export the text ares as HTML slices rather than image slices. You can do that in the Properties panel . Even so, there's no guarantee the page won't break when entering text. You are better off exporting the images from Fireworks nd using them in an HTML page you create in Dreamweaver.
