Unable to load PDFs

          This service worked great until a few days ago. Now I am unable to load upload PDFs, even ones that loaded perfectly before. Now I get the error message: "There was a problem with the PDF file. Please ensure that the PDF file is valid and has not ben secured."

 

I have done nothing different than I did before to turn a Word doc into a PDF. I am on a Mac. Any ideas out there? Recently a file was uploaded and not signed by all parties before an expiration date. That is the only other thing that has occured.
