Barcode Generator plugin - CS5

I'm looking for a good barcode plugin for illustrator. I've been using Yin4Yang's Barcode Toolbox since CS and its been great.

it adds the tool to your tool bar and has a simple toolbox window to type in your code. extreamly simple and works beautifully.

but i do not know if the same plugin will for for CS5 when I upgrade.

Does anyone know of a comparable Barcode plugin as good as that one?

Does anyone know if the Yin4Yang Barcode Toolbox works with CS5

Yin4Yang stopped supporting their product years ago and is now Instant Barcode:

They say they are CS4 supported, but I would contact enfocus about CS5.

yes, that plugin is great... I am still using it  in CS3 and CS4.....

How ever I am now using this stand alone app  fully integrated with adobe suite, and it is great too... see this link

Thats a nice program.

I might go for something like that.

though i would rather just have the plug-in, right inside illustrator, I suppose this would be the next best thing.

too bad its $200. I would like to have bought more than 1.

I payed $49 for the plug in.

1. when you click the illustrator button, does it paste into an open document or create a new document?

2. UPC -A and Code 128, does it have options to turn on or off boarder bars and text alignment?

As somebody told you, if you own a license of Barcode plugin for AI, try to contact first that company and ask for un apgrade, less expensive solution.

If not then think on Barcode producer as second option...

Barcode Producer works with any version of AI because it is a stand Alone app...
