Another CS4 glitch - unable to clear keyframes

A new glitch (amongst the millions I already have) in CS4, is that recently i will be unable to clear keyframes. I usualy do this by selecting the keyframes in the timeline, right clicking and selecting 'clear keyframes' but it's greyed out frequently, I can't work out why this is and I don't know of a cure/ work around for this? I tend to just go in and out of symbols until it works. this is sucbh a pain. Anyone had this and able to help?

    If you right click on just one of the keyframes, is the menuitem enabled?

    It does the same when I click on just one keyframe also.

    It seems to effect all keyframes on tha timeline. The only way I can sort it out is to leave the symbol and return, or delete the frame and add another.

    I haven't seen this problem before in the versions. Do you have a file that we could look at? Or is it every single file such as a brand new file, always?  I'm not sure what to suggest.

    It happens with new files, not one in particular. and it doesn't correlate to me doing anything else its completely random. I have noticed many glitches with CS4. but this is a new one. I know other people who have had this problem too.

    So this is an intermittent problem?  When it does happen on a particular frame, is it always greyed out on that frame, or will it then start working sometimes?

     

    When you see this happen, can you attach the file and note specifically which frame it's not working on?

     

    Can you also post your system information (OS). Also, although this isn't a known bug, I'd make sure you're updated to 10.0.2 that has many bug fixes.

    I just experienced something similar.  I could click on Clear Keyframe->All, but nothing happened.  I tried many many times, but to no avail.

    Actually, only the first frame of a tween has this problem.  Who knows, maybe it is normal??
