Photoshop Elements 8.0 - Actions

I been searching for Photoshop Elements actions.  I stumbled across the "Totally Rad Actions" set, but sadly to say, they are not supported by PSE8 or any other Elements software.  They are only for CS3 and above.  These actions are awesome.

 

Does anyone know of some similar type actions for Elements? I know there are a number of free ones out there, but the TRActions are awesome.

    It's always helpful to give a link, since there are hundreds of thousands of actions out there and it helps if we can see what these do. Did they specifically say "not for elements"? If not, how do you know?

    If you are talking about http://www.gettotallyrad.com, then their FAQ says they require CS2 or later.  Not 7.0, not CS, not paintshop, not elements.

    PanosFX often gets a mention at Elements Village.

     

    Free downloads are available for PSE6, 7 & 8.

     

    They also have detailed instructions for installing the actions.

    Wow, that site deserves an award for especially annoying use of Flash.

     

    Yes, you'd need to find alternatives. I don't think Panos necessarily has what you want (although he has terrific actions), but was there anything in particular that you wanted from their sets?

     

    You might also check out atncentral.com. They have more of the image-correcting type effects there, and everything is free, so even if it doesn't work you don't lose anything by trying them out.

    Barbara ... YES - I am especially looking for the Totally Rad Action (Technicolor Dream World).  A friend of mine has it and he loves it.  I've seen his photo's and there are beautiful when this action is applied. A HUGE difference in the color and saturation.

    I have seen totally rad and was also looking for something similar that's when I ran across http://www.thecoffeeshopblog.com/ she has lots of actins and they are FREE!!!  She does ask for a donation (which I happily gave what I could after downloading ALL of the actions) but does not require it.  If I remember correctly she has links to other free actions that work in PSE8.
