Drop down menu items are hiden

I have just completed, with others, a documentary about a famous Market Street in London.  The producer has made a trailer, which I have embedded.

I have a question:

When the video comes up, the top menu items are hidden behind it.  What should I do to correct this, so that they are in front?

    Flash objects rise to the top.  For best cross browser results, keep Flash objects away from dynamic menus.   Probably not the answer you wanted but it's the best I have.

    Thanks.  After all not that great  a problem. They can always return and than go elsewhere.
