I'm working with the MRA 2.5 flex code and was curious where I can submit bug fixes to.

Just for clarification, do you mean "submit bugs?" Or do you mean "contribute fixes?"
If it is the former and you are a partner (and getting support through that), customer, or AEDP member, you can get support (submitting bugs) through the normal support channels.

If the question is the latter, I'll have to find the proper process.

I would actually like to contribute fixes, although I'm not sure if the same team still owns this.

Hi Michael,

We have a page where you can report suspected bugs: https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/mmform/index.cfm?name=wishform.
You can also use the form to request new features or suggest modifications to existing features.
