Figured it out, I went...

Edit > Keyboard Shortcuts

Then I found my tool and used it.. After that it popped up in my nav bar!

Next time you don't have to go to your Keyboard Shortcuts to find out where the different tools are. Some tools are hidden beneath others. Where you see a small arrow like thing (called a tear-away icon) at the bottom-right of a tool, it means there are other tools lying beneath it. Press & hold on a tool having a tear-away icon to reveal other tools. Eg.,

I cannot figure out for the life of me WHY they moved it from where it was in CS4!!

I guess they did that just to confuse us!!
