After some more research on this subject, I began reading up on this issue and found someone else was having this same kind of issue on these forums. A suggestion was to use flash debugger to find out the error. When I tried this, I found the following:

This is when the page was trying to initialize. The user entered the first time, no issues, went 2 slides deep and closed out the course. They then tried again and the following error popped up. Hopefully this helps.
