Greetings,
Currently our company has some courses in our LMS that are not relaunching. For example, the course launches and user gets halfway done, but leaves. When the user comes back, the course is not launching. These are Captivate 4 courses and our LMS is an older one that was open source originally, called eScorte4js. Any help would be appreciative. Thanks.

After some more research on this subject, I began reading up on this issue and found someone else was having this same kind of issue on these forums. A suggestion was to use flash debugger to find out the error. When I tried this, I found the following:
TypeError: Error #1009: Cannot access a property or method of a null object reference.

This is when the page was trying to initialize. The user entered the first time, no issues, went 2 slides deep and closed out the course. They then tried again and the following error popped up. Hopefully this helps.
