Unknown Error when logging in to Story

Hi there,  I resently created myself an adobe story login using my old adobe account which i have had for years, i can log into adobe fine but when i come to log into story i get an unknown error!! can anybody help, i really need to start using this software asap, deadlines are looming!!!

    Hi,

     

    Can you please provide us with the adobe id that you used for logging in to Story? You can mail it to me at sunny at adobe dot com.

     

    We will re-send you the verification email. Once the account is verified, you should be able to log in to Story.
