I got a new mac but my software not working

Hi My Mac Book Pro logic board broke so I bought a new Mac Book Pro. I went to install my adobe creative suite 3 software but it says I dont have enough licence for it. It says to uninstall it in my mac (the broken one) but I cant as its broken. Can someone help me asap thanks
