creating a catalog from photos

i am wanting to create a PDF catalog, made up of written instruction and alot of pictures from one of my printed catalogs. i will also like to make a printable and saveable ( is that a real word?) order form that can be emailed or faxed to me. is this all possible with the create PDF online?
