Cut/Copy/Paste doesn't work

Feb 17, 2011 3:51 PM

I'm using Adobe Story on Linux running Firefox. When I select Cut, Copy, or Paste from the menu it says that the menu commands don't work and to use the keyboard. I try with the keyboad and it still doesn't work. This lack of basic text editing makes Adobe Story effectively unusable.

Thanks.

Thanks for reporting the issue. Adobe Story is officially not supported on Linux. Please use a Windows or a Mac machine for getting the most out of your Story. That said, we'll try and investigate why Cut, Copy and Paste doesn't work on Linux.

You can use Adobe Story on linux.  I used it when my Windows machine went down. You just can't install the program.  It has to run from a web browser.

please send us the installation logs.

Use this link http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/403/kb403123.html to create/locate the logs.

We would need both .airinstall.log and .airappinstall.log
