What is your operating system & version?

What is your web browser & version?

What means "not able" - do you get any errors, or what exactly are your symptoms?

I have Windows 7, Internet Explorer.  The download and Install say complete, but I am not able to find it in my programs.  When i go to video that requires flash player it does not show that I have it.  I am not sure what I am doing wrong.  I am not getting any error messages, but it appears as if it isn't installed even though it states install complete.

The standard Flash Player is a browser add-on, not a standalone program, so you will not find it in your Porgrams folder.

On Internet Explorer, Tools | Add-ons, can you see Shockwave Flash object, and is it enabled?

Also, is your Windows 7 32-bit or 64-bit?  If 64-bit, do you use the 32-bit version of Internet Explorer?

Can you check if you have the "kill-bit" for Flash Player set in your registry: http://forums.adobe.com/message/3432049#3432049 ?

If yes, don't fix it manually - I can give you an easier way to remove it.

Still, do you use the 32-bit or 64-bit version of Internet Explorer?
