Flash CS5 Quiz Templates for Creative Suite CS5 version of Flash?

I have the Creative Suite CS5 and Flash CS5 does not have the Quiz Templates option.

 

Yet, if you purchase the Elearning Suite 2, that version of Flash CS5 does have the Quiz Templates.

 

Is there anyway to get the Quiz Templates for my version of Flash CS5?

    I purchased the whole CS5 Web Design package because I am going to school for a degree in Instructional Design and Technology.  I am very, very dismayed that the quiz template is not included!!  What a disapppoinment.  I think Adobe really needs to make a downloadable template for us!  Not happy.

    I am pissed too, i even went to my old cs 3 crap and found i didnt even have them in there either. Somehow adobe threatned google groups to remove a link off there to the files as well. Wtf adobe?

    Remember to good old days of Macromedia?? It seems like every Adobe release screws you worse than the last.
