    Hi Kylie,

Do you have a firewall that could block outgoing communication from Widget Browser? If yes, you need to add an exception for Widget Browser to allow it to connect to the internet.

Are you able to connect to http://www.adobe.com using your browsers? Maybe you have an internet filter that is blocking access to that site?

Also, you may need to allow internet access to Adobe AIR.

When all else fail, you could also try rebooting your machine & uninstalling/reinstalling Widget Browser

Hum, maybe you have a corrupted cache.

Are you on Windows 7? If yes, go to C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming & look for a folder named com.adobe.WidgetBrowser.

    Delete it.

Then, go to  C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\AIR\ELS & look for a folder named com.adobe.WidgetBrowser

    Delete it also.

Launch Widget Browser & see if it works.

    Hello,

In order to see those folders, you may need to enable the "Show hidden folder" option on your pc (Start>Control Panel>Large Icons view>Folder options>View tab>Advanced Settings>Show hidden files, folders, and drives)

But, it looks like some other user (JudeGr) may have found the solution. Can you try it:

I hope this does the trick
