    >error message that there was some error

You might want to copy/paste the exact error text so someone may have an idea of how to help

Also, advise us if you are able to go to Photoshop.com with your web browser and post photos or videos directly.

Have you tried uploading a small test file from the Elements Organizer or from Premiere Elements?

If you can't even post a photo from the Elements Organizer to Photoshop.com, something is very wrong on your systems.

I'd recommend you contact Adobe Tech Support.

I am sure you know more than I do, but the problem is not my system it has to be the photoshop.com account since I am using two different computers

Well if you are having the same problem it might be a conflict with another software package that you have installed on both machines. Try this please:

    • Run the cmd command (quickest way is to click the globe and type cmd).
    • In the cmd command window type (without the quotes "ping photoshop.com".
    • Post a scren capture of the window here.

    Mine looks like this:

Did you ever get this problem resolved??  I have a similar one, and would like to know what you did.

    Thanks,

    Ron
