There is just error uploading, try later, no information in it as

Also, advise us if you are able to go to Photoshop.com with your web browser and post photos or videos directly.

i can go to photoshop and upload, however i cannot upload the premier

e elements file, so i do not know what to save it as so i can upload from photoshop.co

m directly but that is another problem.

Have you tried uploading a small test file from the Elements Organizer or from Premiere Elements?

i have uninstalled pe8 and re installed, turned off and on the n

orton 360 software and tried small or two photo slide shows and i st

ill get the error----Failed

i have another computer with pe8 and so i tried that computer and got the

same error message as above, so makes me think it is something with photoshop.com and not the computer of the particular software used, but i do not know.

If you can't even post a photo from the Elements Organizer to Photoshop.com, something is very wrong on your systems.

I'd recommend you contact Adobe Tech Support.

I am sure you know more than I do, but the problem is not my system it has to be the photoshop.com account since I am using two different computers, not on a network and neither of them works, so how do we find someone to deal with photoshop.com account and the fact it does not work.

Well if you are having the same problem it might be a conflict with another software package that you have installed on both machines. Try this please:

Run the cmd command (quickest way is to click the globe and type cmd).
In the cmd command window type (without the quotes "ping photoshop.com".
Post a scren capture of the window here.

Mine looks like this:
