Making a curved arrow

I've created a small arrow (with the arrow auto-shape) and overlaid text on it.  I'd like to try an have it curve slightly, but I don't know how to do this.

 

Can anyone advise a newbie, please?

    Thanks, Linda.

     

    Not quite what I wanted (I'd hoped to be able to warp the rather nifty arrow I'd made) but I've been able to do summat similar with your excellent suggestions.

     

    Interesting, though, that there isn't the facility to warp images outside the rather straight lines that are available at present...

    The arrow auto shape does give you the ability to round off the main corner. To do more, ungroup the shape and use tools like the Sub Selction tool and the Path panel (Filet points) to create additional curvesarrow.gif
