Placing signature box on document

Oct 31, 2010 3:49 AM

I would like to place the signature box throughout specific locations of the document i.e., where an item was initialed.

Will this be available soon?

I agree, I had used an e-signature system from Adobe back around 2004-2005, and it seemed a lot easier and more user friendly than this one.

For example, I noticed that when you send the document to a client, it shows them the document, without instructions on how to sign up so they can sign it electronically.

I think it would be a lot better if the link that was sent out instructs them to sign up for an account first, then shows them the document once they have created an account. It's a lot less back-and-forth that way.

Also, you get a screen that says "proceed to signature" before you can open up the document.  For a lot of people, that's seems too close to "proceed with signature".  A lot of people would interprete that as "Proceed with Signing".  Like pressing that button is the signature, and they can't even read what's in it.  That's horible enough alone, that I am considering going away from this system.  Perhaps "proceed to agreement" would be a lot better wording for that button.

Last, Having the buttom to sign the document in the "bottom of the last page" of the agreement would just be a lot more natural with natural "eye movements".

I would actually pay money for this system if those improvements were made.  I love Adobe products, and right now I'm still shopping elsewhere for the right esignature system.
