The program does not work. I can create a PDF document using another program, but I cannot OPEN it with the Adobe reader. I attempted to remove the program so I could install an earlier version. This program was working when it was first installed but i was having problems with the Keyboard Shortcuts for the ZOOM feature.
I get the following message in Add/Remove Programs: "This patch package could not be opened. Verify that the patch package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows installer patch package.
Can you give me the directions to remove this program from the registery? Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
