Flash Player 10.2, dual screen issue

Hi,

I am a devloper of flash ads forUK based company, we currently create ads in a variety of formats and currently this also includes msn messenger fullscreen ads.

Unfortunately due to the newly released flash player version 10.2 we are having problem supporting this format as we cannot include video controls with controls when the ad goes fulls creen. This is mainly due to a white box appearing over one half of the screen. Therefore our current solution is to have the video with no controls and sound on from the start. This isn't really what were looking to do in the long term.

Has anyone come across this issue before or have any suggested solutions?

Perhaps there is a useful Adobe contact we could get in touch with who may be able to offer some guidance of possibly switching off the dual acreen functionailty in flash player?
