Flash Player doesn't work, Windows XP

Hi y'all! My  flash player doesnt work and i have uninstalled and reinstalled it many times, while my system still doesnt recognize thats its there. I have windows XP and use internet explorer 32 bit.

Using IE, go to Tools, Manage addons and look for Shockwave Flash Object. Is it Installed and Enabled? What version is listed?

Go to this test site and let me know if you can see the Flash Player logo(Red F) animate(spin). Also what Version of Flash Player is displayed?

Also mention which version of IE you are using.
