What could cause render diagnostics showing blue when cacheAsBitmap and cacheAsBitmapMatrix are set?

I just wonder - are the render diagnostics reliable or are they glitchy?

 

 

If both, cacheAsBitmap and cacheAsBitmapMatrix are set - what coud be the cause that my movieclip is rendered blue in renderdiagnostics (dimensions of the clip are less than 1024x1024)?
