SVG Plugin and Operation Can't be Completed Error Msg

Just added the HTML5 Pack to Illustrator and now I get two error msgs every time I open Illustrator that says "error loading plugins SVG file format.aip" and a "Operation cannot be complete because of an unknown error." Is there a fix to this? I'm on a Windows XP system.

    Did you follow the install instructions completely?

     

    Can you try doing it once again i.e. take the install zip on Windows and extract at the correct location as per the install instructions.

     

    When do you get message "Operation cannot be complete because of an unknown error."? On application launch itself?

    It was reinstalled twice, but I still get the same message.  The two error messages that I get happen when Illustrator is launched. The program still opens and I can do stuff, but any time that I open Illustrator now I get those messages.

    Hi there,

     

    I get the same error-massage, and have the same problems with the SVG-file-format-plugin.

     

    Anyone knows how to fix that??\\Thanks

    Hello there, i've updated ai to 15.0.2 and installed the pack, but i've got the same error!! i installed it following the instructions very carefully... how does it fix? anyone has the same error? I'm in a 64bit windows 7 (but my ai is 32bit)
