Dynamic Flash ad - scrolling inventory (HELP!)

Hi all - I am trying to investigate the best way to produce a dynamic scrolling Flash ad.

An example of what I am trying to achieve is here: http://ltv.liquidusbannerlink.com/Demos.aspx

Ideally the ad would have (scrolling & dynamically populated from .xml perhaps?)

I've Googled and Googled to my hearts content but still finding it hard to discover a real tutorial or something to point me in the right direction. Even the Flash help files are giving me donuts...

Any help would be appreciated!
