Have you enabled Content Expiry for your website in the administrator dialog? For information on enabling Content Expiry for a website, visit the following link:

After it is enabled, publish a web page to your website, and then check the Manage Page Expiry dialog, the page you published should be listed. After enabling content expiry, you have settings for whether you want to delete the web page or replace with another web page on expiry.
