Quick way to highlight text on a document

Hello I am trying to hilight the text on a document and was curious if there is anything in the Premiere Pro tools to make it like a yellow highlighter. I have been doing it in AE but it's slow and I much rather have a highlighter option in Premiere. Thanks for your help.

    Go into the Titler, make a shape, color it yellow and lower the opacity

    or use the blending modes in the Effect Controls.
