force close app on android/upload videos

for the last month the photoshop express app on my droid keeps force closing....how will u fix it.........how do u upload videos from phone to the computer photoshop.com

    Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling Photoshop Express?

     

    Unfortunately, Photoshop Express doesn't currently work with video files, even for the relatively simple task of uploading them.

    yes i reinstalled it.....it would let me check mark pictures to upload.....once i hit upload it will keep forclosing.....is their a way to fix this......is their a way 2 upload photos automatically  as soon as i take the picture

    I would suggest using the task manager to all other apps running in the background.

     

    As for auto-uploading your images, if you click the Menu button on your Droid while in Photoshop Express, go to More, and then choose settings, just below where you sign in you have the Auto Upload option, change this to Yes.

    I've tried to reproduce the issue on various device, and I can not.  Can you share your device specs: model, Android OS version, etc.?

     

    In addition to the steps Brett wisely offered, can you also try:

    - restarting your device?

    - in device Settings > Applications > Manage applications > Photoshop Express, please try 'Clear cache' and 'Clear data'  -- Maybe something in here has become corrupt?
