what does that mean, and what i should do?
the german translation is misleading.
Found out, that this error refers to URLs in WebViews. the folio builder likes some more than others.
| works | http://donemag.cc/articles |
| doesn't work | http://donemag.cc/articles/spuren |
| doesn't work | http://donemag.cc/articles/oulipo |
| works | http://donemag.cc/articles/2-semester |
strange, isn't it?
if a dev is watching, understand this as a bug report.

When i tried accessing http://donemag.cc/articles/spurenfrom mobile safari (not webview) i got a "page not found" error. Im guessing you changed it? cause it seemed to work fine in on my workstation browser earlier
yeah, i had to change the URL to http://donemag.cc/articles/spuren-fotos because the folio builder did not accept /spuren.
Also, a 404 should not prevent the folio builder from bundling (and does not), i can enter /spurenblablabla and it will still bundle. only /spuren does not work. (and some other URLs)

interesting lol well i guess its hard to debug if you needed to change it.
Personally i have only seen the error when i accidently moved an asset of an overlay or changed the folder name and forgot to relink it within overlay creator.
zhertlsh was your interactive content also in the form of a webview? Have you also checked to make sure you didn't accidentally move anything?

it is easy to debug.
everyone could create a webview pointing to http://donemag.cc/articles/spuren and it will not work. no matter the server gives a 404, a 304 or 200.

the bug report link on
http://www.adobe.com/support/digitalpublishingsuite/ still goes to pre-release... so you might as well do it there.
David,
I found out that Bob already knows about this invalid asset location bug (in the comments of this help section: http://help.adobe.com/en_US/digitalpubsuite/using/WS9293e1fb3b977c5c73 657495129f66e490f-7ffa.html)
and that it is machine-depending. ha ha. try to debug that!

ok, so what does that mean? I'm getting the message no matter what URL I type into the "URL or File" field. I'm trying to integrate the web-view feature into a new iPad app magazine. The one I'm trying with is http://solecollector.com/forums/. Is there anything I could try to fix the problem?
Thanks
ok, I deleted my frame, started over, used http://solecollector.com only (without the f
orum) and it worked. Thanks for your time!

this is one of the strange problems where /forums/ or /foru/ may have
worked.
i encountered the problem that has nothing to do with the actual content on
the server but with the content of your URL name.
and the error depends on your machine. an error on your machine might have
worked on my computer.
strange, isn't? ![]()
